Tech shouldn't be a barrier for anyone. If you're 65 or older, you get 10% off every repair, every time, and I'll always take the extra time to explain exactly what happened and why.

High school, community college, university. If you're enrolled, you qualify. Your laptop is your lifeline. A dead computer during finals week is a genuine emergency and I take it seriously.

15% Off · For Both of You

Refer a Friend

Once you've used me at least once, send a friend my way. When they hire me and mention your name, they get 15% off their first repair, and I'll add a 15% off coupon to your account for the next time you need me. It's my way of saying thanks for trusting me enough to vouch for me.

Existing customer must have paid at least the diagnostic fee to qualify. One coupon earned per referral. No expiration.

Discount Terms

  • ✓ Applies to all computer repair labor charges. Does not apply to parts, web design services or on-demand hourly web work.
  • ✓ Discount applies to your total charge.
  • ✓ Only one of the 10% community discounts (military, police, fire/EMS, seniors, students) applies per repair. Pick whichever fits.
  • ✓ The 15% referral discount can stack on top of any one community discount, for a maximum of 25% off labor on a single repair.
  • ✓ Must be mentioned at time of drop-off or before work begins. Cannot be applied retroactively.
  • ✓ Valid indefinitely, with no expiration date and no seasonal limits.
  • ✓ Jake Fixes Tech reserves the right to request verification. Abuse of the discount program results in forfeiture.

Referral Program: How It Works

  • ★ You must have already paid me at least once (diagnostic fee or full repair) to qualify as a referrer.
  • ★ The person you refer must mention your name when they reach out, before any work begins.
  • ★ Once they pay (diagnostic or repair), they get 15% off that first repair and you earn a 15% off coupon for your next visit.
  • ★ Coupons earned do not stack across multiple referrals. Each referral earns one separate coupon, used one at a time on individual repairs.
  • ★ Coupons never expire. Use them whenever you need me next.
