1. Eligibility. The Jake Fixes Tech NH Local Business Website Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legally formed and operating businesses located within the state of New Hampshire, USA, whose primary business address and operations are physically in New Hampshire at the time of entry. Entrants must be the owner or authorized representative of the business and must be at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Jake Fixes Tech LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor & Administration. This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Jake Fixes Tech LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, Cloudflare, or any other third-party platform.
3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on May 15, 2026 and ends at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on May 25, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter. To enter, visit jakefixestech.com/giveaway during the entry period and complete the entry form, providing your business name, owner/contact name, email address, phone number, NH business address, business type, and business description. All listed fields are required. Entry is free. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is no alternative method of entry.
5. Limit One Entry Per Business. Each business may submit only one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same business or with substantially identical contact information will be merged into a single entry at Sponsor's sole discretion. Use of automated entry methods, scripts, or fraudulent entries is grounds for disqualification.
6. Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a free Professional-tier website build from Jake Fixes Tech LLC. The Grand Prize includes a custom-built 5–15 page website, mobile-responsive design, domain registration in the winner's name, free hosting setup on Cloudflare Pages, basic SEO setup, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, a built-in site-wide search feature, and a self-service content editor (admin interface) so the winner can update their own site content without recurring fees. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $2,000 USD. The prize is awarded at no cost to the winner. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Optional ongoing management plans are not included in the prize.
7. Consolation Benefit. All verified non-winning entrants will be eligible for a 20% discount on any future website build commissioned from Jake Fixes Tech LLC. The discount is verified manually by Sponsor against the entrant list at the time of booking. The discount has no formal expiration but remains valid only while the entrant remains on Sponsor's record (per Sponsor's data retention policy).
8. Entrant Verification. During the entry period, Sponsor will personally contact each entrant by telephone to verify the business is legitimately operating in New Hampshire and that the entry information is accurate. Only verified entries will be eligible for the drawing. Entries that cannot be verified (e.g., disconnected phone, no response after reasonable attempts, business not operating in NH, falsified information) will be removed from the entry pool and will not be considered for the Grand Prize or the consolation 20% discount. Sponsor reserves the right to use reasonable means to verify business legitimacy, including but not limited to phone contact, public records search, and online presence review.
9. Drawing. One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from the pool of verified eligible entries on May 25, 2026 at approximately 9:00 AM Eastern Time. The drawing will use a publicly-verifiable random number generator (random.org or equivalent). Documentation of the drawing process will be available upon request.
10. Winner Notification. Because all entrants are verified before the drawing, the selected winner will be notified directly by email and telephone within 48 hours of the drawing using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner fails to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining verified entries.
11. Public Announcement. The winner's business name will be publicly announced on the Jake Fixes Tech Facebook page (and may be announced on jakefixestech.com) on or after May 25, 2026, subject to winner acceptance of the prize. By entering, entrants consent to public announcement of their business name and general location (city, NH) if selected as winner.
12. Prize Delivery. The Grand Prize website build will commence within 10 calendar days of winner acceptance, in accordance with New Hampshire law (RSA 358-A) requiring prizes to be delivered free of charge to the winner. Build timeline thereafter is subject to Sponsor's standard project terms (see Terms & Conditions). The winner is responsible for providing reasonable content (text, images, brand assets) within agreed timelines per Sponsor's normal client responsibility terms. The Grand Prize is delivered at no cost to the winner; only optional add-ons or out-of-scope work (e.g., management plans, premium custom features beyond the Professional tier scope) would carry separate charges if elected by the winner.
13. Taxes. The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $2,000 USD. As required by federal law for prizes valued over $600, Sponsor will issue the winner a Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the prize for the applicable tax year. The winner is solely responsible for any federal income tax owed on the prize. New Hampshire does not impose a state income tax on prize winnings for residents, but winners should consult a tax professional for personal advice. All other taxes, fees, and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. Use of Information. Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer this Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, deliver the prize, and apply the 20% consolation discount. Entry information is governed by the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
15. Release of Liability. By entering, entrants release Jake Fixes Tech LLC, its owner, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to:
    1. submit false or misleading information;
    2. attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes;
    3. tamper with the entry process;
    4. violate these Official Rules; or
    5. act in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
17. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any factor (technical failure, fraud, or other cause) impairs its administration, security, or fairness. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to notify entrants. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
18. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Grafton County, New Hampshire.
19. Winner List / Documentation. A copy of the winner's business name (city, state only) and a copy of these Official Rules are available by emailing [email protected] after May 25, 2026.
