Weekday drop-off windows don't work for everyone. On Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 4 PM, I'll come pick up your device, drop it back off when it's fixed, and you barely have to leave your couch.

Saturday or Sunday Pickup
I arrive in your pickup window between 9 AM and 4 PM. You hand off the device, pay the diagnostic fee plus any mileage, and we're done in about 5 minutes.
I Fix It
I diagnose the issue, send you the full quote, and once you approve, I get it sorted. Most repairs are done in 1–3 business days.
Return Drop-Off
Once it's fixed, I bring it back to you the following weekend. Pay the balance at drop-off and you're back in business.

Mileage is measured one-way from 28 Grove Street, Littleton, NH. Pricing covers both the pickup and the return drop-off, so what you see below is the total round-trip fee.

No charge — within my regular service area.
Whitefield, Lyman, Landaff, Easton, Bath
Flat fee covers the round trip.
Lancaster, Twin Mountain, Haverhill, Woodsville
Flat fee covers the round trip.
Jefferson, Lincoln, Plymouth (VT), Wells River
Flat fee covers the round trip.
Anywhere further out
Reach out and I'll give you a flat quote based on the round trip.
A few honest details:
- Mileage fees are non-refundable once I'm en route to your location.
- If you're not home or unreachable when I arrive, a $25 re-trip fee applies to schedule a new pickup.
- Pricing covers travel only. Standard diagnostic and repair fees still apply.
- Town examples are rough guides — actual distance is measured by road from 28 Grove Street, Littleton.

How do I book a pickup?
Just send a message or call (802) 234-1552. Tell me what's going on with the device and roughly where you're located. I'll confirm pricing and lock in a pickup window.
Do I pay the mileage fee at pickup or drop-off?
At pickup, along with the standard $50 diagnostic fee. That way everything travel-related is squared away before any work begins. The repair balance is paid at the return drop-off.
What if my device can't be fixed?
You still owe the diagnostic fee and the mileage tier, since both cover real costs I've already put in. But you won't be charged for a repair that didn't happen.
What if I'm not home when you arrive?
I'll try to reach you by phone or text. If we can't make contact and I can't leave with the device, a $25 re-trip fee applies to schedule a new pickup. Best to pick a window when you know you'll be around.
Can you do same-weekend turnaround?
Sometimes, for simple software issues. Most repairs run 1–3 business days, so realistically the return drop-off lands the following weekend. I'll give you a clear timeline when I quote the repair.
Do you go further than 25 miles?
Yes. Past 25 miles I quote it custom based on the actual round-trip distance. Reach out with your address and I'll give you a flat number.
What about during the week — any pickup option?
Weekday pickup isn't part of my regular service. I do drop-offs in person at my Littleton location weekdays from 5 to 7:30 PM, and on-site visits are weekends. If you have a true emergency outside those windows, reach out and we'll figure something out.
